The house is defined by its two distinct volumes. The lower level features a robust concrete plinth that provides a sense of stability and adds a raw, contemporary edge to the overall design. The concrete components also merge seamlessly with the surrounding natural landscape, integrating the structure into its environment.

Above the concrete base, the upper volume rises like a piece of modern art, with its solid white façade resembling a sculptural form. Its smooth, seamless surface and clean, sharp lines give it an almost monolithic presence, creating a bold contrast with the rawness of the plinth below. Parts of the white volume are clad in an elegant mesh, providing both texture and a subtle layer of transparency.

During the evening, carefully placed façade lighting enhances the white volume, casting soft, ambient light that accentuates its sculptural quality and brings the architecture to life after dark. 

Natural light floods the interior through large, strategically placed windows and skylights that punctuate the ceilings. These skylights not only brighten the spaces below but also create an ever-changing play of light and shadow, adding depth to the minimalist interior.
