Smoothie Factory at Mercure LCA City

Excited to introduce our latest completed project Smoothie Factory at Mercure LCA City Hotel. We brought the feel of fresh, vibrant ingredients into every corner—blending natural textures and bold pops of color to create a space that’s as uplifting as it is refreshing. Design Approach: Organic Forms and Flow: In designing Smoothie Factory, we took inspiration from the natural, organic quality of the ingredients themselves.

 

Our goal was to craft a space that mirrors the brand’s values of health and vitality while providing a seamless and welcoming environment for guests.

1. Curves & Flow: To create a sense of unity and movement, we integrated organic forms and flowing curvesthroughout the space. This approach not only mirrors the natural shapes found in nature but also helps guide customers from one area to another, creating an intuitive path from ordering to seating.

2. Layered Ceilings for Dimension: One of the unique aspects of this project was managing varied ceiling heights. We utilized curved, layered ceiling forms to transition smoothly between the lower and higher sections of the space, enhancing spatial flow and adding visual depth. These gentle transitions create an open, airy feeling that invites exploration.

3. Play of Textures and Tones: By mixing warm wood textures, fresh green accents, and soft, earthy tones, we were able to emphasize the natural, organic essence of the space. These elements echo the smoothie bar’s commitment to wellness while fostering a comfortable, inviting atmosphere for guests.

4. Lighting & Ambiance: Custom lighting further accentuates the curves and organic shapes, casting a warm glow that highlights each design element. These carefully selected lights not only bring out the colors and textures in the materials but also add to the natural, relaxed feel of the space.

5. Sustainable Materials and Detail Work: As part of our commitment to eco-conscious design, we sourced sustainable materials to match Smoothie Factory’s health-driven mission. From the use of live plant walls to eco-friendly finishes, each detail has been thoughtfully crafted to reflect an environmentally mindful approach.

The Final Product: A Harmonious, Uplifting Space We’re thrilled with the final result—a space that seamlessly blends functionality with an aesthetic that feels fresh, organic, and rejuvenating. Every detail of Smoothie Factory has been designed to create a flow that leaves visitors feeling both energized and connected to nature.
