This residence features a sleek, rectilinear design, with the main living spaces on the ground floor and additional areas above. At the heart of the home, a central atrium floods the common areas with natural light and air, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. Surrounding the home, smaller, strategically placed patios allow for ample natural light while ensuring privacy.

The architectural style draws inspiration from postmodern architecture in Cyprus and the mid-century movement. Distinctive perforated bricks, a patterned balustrade at the front, and a meticulously designed garden with natural rock elements all contribute to the home's unique character.

The façade showcases the signature perforated bricks around the atriums, resembling intricate lacework that elegantly wraps around the building. The simplicity of the design, combined with natural earth tones, exudes a sense of calm and serenity.

A spiral staircase, an iconic feature of the house, is strategically positioned between the public and private areas, making it visible from various points within the home. The planter at its base creates the impression of the staircase sprouting like a plant, adding a touch of nature and whimsy to the modern design.
